Are credit cards accepted for payment? Which credit cards will you accept? Is there a fee?

Yes. We will accept credit cards for payment, but this needs to be communicated to us when the order is placed. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Additionally, there will be a 1-% fee on all orders placed by rep offices.

Yes. You can order grille, louver and even sun control samples from Airolite. Please consult an Airolite Representative or Airolite Product Specialist for more information regarding Airolite samples.

If I order a louver with a custom color what is the process that I need to follow?

Airolite asks that a physical color sample be submitted to our office for matching. We will then have the color chip sent to our paint vendor to match samples for your approval. Turn around time for this process is 7 to 10 business days.

Does custom color matching cost any extra?

No. Airolite will provide custom color matching at no extra charge. However, product will not be scheduled for manufacturing until the customer has approved the color match.

How long will it take to obtain Airolite standard color samples?

Standard color samples are generally stocked and can be mailed within a day or two of your request.

A complete sales representative directory is maintained on this web site. If you do not find a sales representative in your area contact The Airolite Company directly.

What is the difference between face velocity and free area velocity?

Face velocity is the total CFM divided by the total area square footage used. Free are velocity is the DFM divided by the square footage of the free area. (Free area velocity is the industry standard.)
