Airolite’s new Louver Type 6096HP is a 6-inch deep fabricated, drainable louver designed to provide high volume air flow and enhanced resistance to water penetration. Incorporating a drainable head-frame, Louver Type 6096HP prevents water from cascading from shear-walls onto the louver assembly and becoming entrained in the intake air flow. Airolite Louver Type 6096HP is licensed to bear the AMCA seal for water penetration and air performance and can be specified with visible (6069HP) or concealed vertical mullions (Louver Type FCB6069HP). All Airolite products are available in Airolite’s broad array of enamel, fluoropolymer and clear and color anodized coatings to ensure maintenance-free durability and compatibility with other façade elements. This fabricated model can also be produced in galvanized or stainless steel for severe or industrial applications.
