Qwik Ship Program



	Airolite's Qwik Ship program includes a broad range of stationary and extruded aluminum louver types, accessory items, and architectural coatings available with lead times to support the most demanding project completion schedules. PRODUCTS. Seventeen stationary, extruded aluminum louver types are available in concealed and visible mullion, drainable and non-drainable, sightproof and Miami-Dade Approved Product configurations. The Qwik Ship program is designed for standard, non-engineered orders. Grilles, screens, sun controls and other engineered projects are not available on a Qwik Ship program. PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATIONS. Each product offered in the Qwik Ship program is AMCA Licensed for air performance and water penetration ratings. The Miami-Dade County Building Code Compliance Office Notice of Acceptance is supplied with Miami-Dade approved products. ACCESSORY ITEMS. Accessory items available in the Qwik Ship program include bird and insect screen meshes, sill flashings, installation hardware, and non-insulated blank off panels. Screen and blank off panels are shipped factory-assembled to the louver sections to ensure timely and efficient installation immediately following delivery. FINISHES. All products are available in mill finish aluminum or Kynar 500® and Hylar 5000® resin coatings in 24 standard non-metallic colors and 4 pearlescent metallic colors formulated to match clear and color anodize coatings. LEAD TIMES. Customers may select 5 and 10 day manufacturing cycles with mill finished louvers or 12 and 17 day manufacturing cycles with finished louvers. PROGRAM RELIABILITY. In addition to the accelerated fabrication schedules available under the Qwik Ship program, expedited deliveries can be arranged with air or surface transportation at additional cost.
